After reading the Newsday article below, provide your opinion on Starbucks' attempt to capture the tea market.

 

The new marketing campain that starbucks is trying to achieve with opening teavanna shops i think will be actually very successful. I believe people would reach positively to the new tea shops and would respond positively because i would cause new hype and a new expeience to consumers. Even though it will be a similar experience because of the different product offering i believe it will appeal to a different demographic of people who enjoy drinking tea more so than drinking coffee. Another option starbucks and teavanna have is to partner the two into one store and sell both tea and coffe in the same building. I also believe this option will be successful for the business. Overall I think Teavanna will be a successful business either way. I found it very interesting that starbucks owns teavanna
